Come celebrate the official naming of Barrhead’s newest recreation space — the Dr. Brent M. Wray All-Wheel Park — followed by a community block party that’s full of fun, food, and family-friendly activities!

This exciting new park was made possible thanks to a $100,000 community fundraising effort inspired by Rita Lyster, in honour of Dr. Wray, a beloved local physician who dedicated his life to supporting children and families in Barrhead.

• 12:00 PM – Brent’s Block Party Begins
• 2:00 PM – Prize Draws
• 12:00 – 5:00 PM – Skateboard Demos & Training with Skate Life

• Hot dogs (Pembina West Co-op)
• Skateboard games
